UPTOWN GENERAL CONTRACTING completed a full upgrade of Hangar 36 at Al Bateen Executive Airport, delivering civil, mechanical, electrical, and fire & life safety enhancements to meet modern aviation standards. Our scope of Work Included: Installation of a new automated aircraft hangar door. Renovation of toilet facilities. Replacement of purlins, roof and wall panels. Repair, repainting, and epoxy flooring of all steel and internal surfaces. Fire-retardant external painting of sandwich panels. Replacement of HVAC ductwork. New electrical switchgear, infrastructure, and full hangar lighting upgrade. Complete fire & life safety installation, including sprinklers, smoke ventilation, foam system, fire alarms, PAVA, and emergency lighting. Final testing and commissioning of all integrated FLS systems.
