UPTOWN GENERAL CONTRACTING was entrusted with the complete renovation of 22 toilets within the West Grandstand Building (G+3), providing upgraded facilities that meet modern standards of comfort, hygiene, and accessibility. The project included the refurbishment of male, female, and handicap toilets, in addition to the dedicated men’s and women’s mosques. Our scope covered full civil, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works, ensuring seamless integration of all systems with the existing building infrastructure. Premium finishes, water-efficient fixtures, improved ventilation, and upgraded lighting were incorporated to enhance durability and user experience especially in a high-traffic environment. The renovation was executed while maintaining strict compliance with health, safety, and accessibility requirements, and with minimal disruption to ongoing venue operations.
