The project was executed under a fast-track program, covering all civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and ELV works required to bring this iconic gateway to life. Our scope included: Substructure and superstructure works, foundations, dewatering, finishing and joinery elements, steel structure (PEB), glass and aluminum works, sandwich panel cladding, drainage, water supply, irrigation network, standing seam roof, HVAC package units, firefighting & fire alarm systems, electrical power & lighting, and full ELV integration.
