UPTOWN GENERAL CONTRACTING delivered the full design and construction of a new industrial facility, covering all civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and external infrastructure works. The scope included complete substructure activities, excavations, backfilling, piling works, dewatering, pile caps, tie beams, and column pedestals forming the building’s structural foundation. The superstructure comprised a pre-engineered steel structure (PEB) with sandwich panel cladding, standing seam roofing, glass and aluminum façades, and high-quality interior finishing and joinery works. The project also included full mechanical and electrical systems—HVAC package units, firefighting and fire alarm (FLS), lighting, power distribution, ELV systems, and complete drainage, water supply, and irrigation networks. In addition, UPTOWN executed the relocation of underground utilities and external services to ensure seamless integration with existing site infrastructure. The facility was completed to the highest standards of safety, durability, and functionality, demonstrating UPTOWN’s capability in delivering large-scale, fast-track industrial projects
